Treat yourself – spas, wellness centers, night out

One key thing that people forget about when working on themselves and their golas is to make sure that you are rewarding yourself after making progress doing whatever it is that you are doing. There’s that old saying that “all work and no play made Jack a dull boy”. Key to making sure you don’t give up working on your goals is to treat yourself from time to time.

So what kind of things can you do in order to treat yourself you must be wondering. Well it can be anything you enjoy doing, as long as you doing it in moderation. If you are on a diet to make your life better, then eat a chocolate cake, just don’t overindulge, and get right back to your regular diet plan afterwards.

For me and my partner Sandra, we like to visit spas, wellness centers and have romantic weekend getaways. For you it might be something completely different, depending on what it is you are trying to achieve in life. So remember, treat yourself, so that you don’t end up becoming bitter about whatever it is you are trying to achieve, giving up and going back to your old habits. Like Donna from our favorite show Parks and Recreation would say, “Treat Yo Self”.
