There’s basically two types training sessions that we do.
One-on-one sessions – our one-on-one sessions is when we do most of the lecturing. That’s when it’s just you and the instructor, in a calming, cozy setting in one of our offices and you just talk. It’s a bit frightening at first, talking to a strange this way, but think of it like a visit to the therapist.
Group sessions – our second type of service that we are offering includes group meetups. That’s when a particular office gets a couple people together to hang out together, talk with each other, exchange stories and just mingle together, as a group. Group sessions are a great way to build relationships, and work on your people skills.
